How Long Does It Take To Process My Order?
As soon as payment is confirmed please allow up to 4 working days for processing and dispatch.

How Long Before you receive your order?
With Standard Post and depending on location, it can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days within NZ.

And 3-10 business days for Australia.

How Much Is Shipping? 
We have a rate of $5.50 for all orders within NZ North Island and $7 NZ South Island. All orders over $100 are free shipping within NZ.

We ship up to a max of 2kgs to Australia.

Our rates are $15 for 0-1KG and $22 for orders Over 1KG.

Or free shipping for orders $150 and over.

We Ship to a max of 2kgs to anywhere outside of NZ and Australia.

Our rates are $22 for 0-0.5kgs,

$30 for 0.6-1kg and $45 for 1-2kgs.

Or free shipping for orders over $200.

Returns

As our products are personal care products we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened, and/or used products, so please choose carefully. If an item is damaged in the post please let us know and we would be happy to send out a replacement or offer a refund. 

Cancellations

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and therefore do not accept cancellations. However if you would like to change anything about an order you must contact us urgently via phone or email to avoid having to pay for delivery again. Please choose carefully. We will not be held responsible if you change your mind.
